M. Andrew Gayheart, was born in Culpeper, Virginia on May 9,1960. Mr. Gayheart, along with his wife and three children, are life-long residents of Culpeper.

Mr. Gayheart was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1986. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of the Culpeper County Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association and Virginia State Bar. Areas of practice include: Real Estate, Personal Injury, Criminal and Traffic Defense Law and Domestic Relations.

Jere M. H. Willis, III, was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia on October 16, 1957 and resides in Culpeper with his wife and two children. He is also the former coach of a travel soccer team.

Mr. Willis is a graduate of The University of Virginia and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1984. He is a member of the Culpeper County Bar Association and Virginia State Bar. Areas of practice include: Real Estate, Estate Planning, Domestic Relations, and Criminal and Traffic Defense Law.
